	Mr. Viral Mukundbhai Shah – Chairman & Managing Director Having a varied experience in the field of steel and alloys, Mr. Shah is competently managing Shah Metacorp Limited (formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited) Group Current business deals, manufacturing of the varied product range as well as fresh business deals are looked by Mr. Shah. Having started his career with trading of steels and alloys, Mr. Shah has gained knowledge and experience over the last decade.Mr. Shah believes in expanding horizons of the business. Hence, beyond manufacturing he also maintains his focus on new business arenas. Mr. Shah aspires to take the company to new heights.

	Mr. Zankarsinh Kishorsinh Solanki – Whole Time Director Mr. Zankarsinh Solanki has a good control over the steel business. Having adept experience in the field of over 10 years, Mr. Solanki provides correct guidance for the manufacturing of the products. And having wide-ranging contacts in the steel and alloys field, he brings in varied business deals for the company Shah Metacorp Limited (formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited) Group. He also manages the operations of Torque Automotive Pvt. Ltd having dealership for SKODA allover Gujarat. Torque marks its presence through 11 showrooms all over Gujarat. He looks after the technical and operational aspects of the company. Having a varied experience, Mr. Solanki was instrumental in bringing up a management contract with Accor india for the luxury upscale hotel in Gandhinagar.

Ms. Bharti Dhanak - Independent Director

Mr. Sunil Talati

Mr. Sunil Talati, aged 59 years, is Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA). Mr. Sunil Talati is having more than 30 years experience in the feild of Accounts, Audit, Finance, Taxation, etc. During 2007-08 he was the President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He provides guidance to the Company in the matters of audit, finance and taxation.

Mr. Surendra Patel

Mr. Surendra Patel is a partner of Vishalla restaurant. He perceived the idea of Vishalla restaurant and designed it. He also has designing of Nirma’ s and Bharat Vijay’s office to his credit.

He is also having good experience in designing Pavilion in New Delhi and Mumbai. He has also designed Surajkund Mela at Hariyana for Tourism, Govt. of India.

He is also having good experience in interior designing of Restaurant and some Corporate Offices. Being the owner of Vishalla restaurant and having a rich experience of running it successfully since 1978, Mr. Surendra Patel being one of the directors of Four seasons Residency Limited his association would be of vital importance to the Company.
