SHAH METACORP LIMITED (formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited) Group envisions itself as a leading player in the Global Steel Industry by the end of next decade. We are planning to develop & established a mini steel plant to supply better quality goods at affordable costs.

Besides this, we are launching new products hence turning into a full fledged production unit.

From Yesteryear to Hereafter…

SHAH METACORP LIMITED (formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited) Group – The Stainless Steel & Mild Steel Manufacturer, was established in the late ’90s. From iron-ore & stainless scrap to manufacturing diverse structural products in Stainless Steel and Mild Steel, Shah Metacorp Limited has come a long way. The group has achieved for itself a pre- eminent position in the value-added product segment of the Indian steelindustry.

SHAH METACORP LIMITED (formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited) (SML), a public limited company, was incorporated in the year 1999 as a private limited company. Initially, the Company started its business with the trading of iron and steel scraps, billets and steel long products. The company also decided to trade in mild steel products namely CTD Bars and TMT Bars. The company took over a steel rolling mill business from Shah Group at Ubkhal, Mehsana and started manufacturing of rolled products in the year 2005. The Company further started its Steel Melting Shop with a capacity of 12,000 MT per annum which was further increased to 18,000 MT per annum in the year 2008-09. Looking to the potential higher value addition in case of stainless steel products, the Company decided to manufacture Stainless Steel long Products. At present, the plant has the capacity to manufacture different grades of Stainless Steel products ranging between 200 series to 400 series.

	Mr. Viral Mukundbhai Shah – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Having a varied experience in the field of steel and alloys, Mr. Shah is competently managing Shah Metacorp Limited (formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited) Current business deals, manufacturing of the varied product range as well as fresh business deals are looked by Mr. Shah. Having started his career with trading of steels and alloys, Mr. Shah has gained knowledge and experience over the last decade.Mr. Shah believes in expanding horizons of the business. Hence, beyond manufacturing he also maintains his focus on new business arenas. Mr. Shah aspires to take the company to new heights.
	Mrs. Mona Viral Shah – Chairperson & Executive Director Mrs. Mona Viral Shah is having Master’s degree in Commerce field and she also a person of a promoter group. She is handling all the affairs of one of the group companies which is licensed as a Non-Banking Finance Company by Reserve Bank of India since last seven(7) years.

Mrs. Laxmi Shikandar Jaiswal – Independent Director

Mrs. Laxmi Shikandar Jaiswal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is also a degree holder of M.com and LLB. She has good exposure to maintaining compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, LLP act, 2008, SEBI, etc. She is also good to handle compliances of IPO, Import & Export Trading, Slum Sale Transaction, Bank Guarantee, TDS, etc

Mr. Ravikumar Manojkumar Thakkar – Independent Director

Mr. Ravikumar Manojkumar Thakkar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI). Along with CS he is also holding degree of B.com and LLB. He has over 6 years of experience in the field of compliance and regulatory with exchanges, Stockbrokers, AIFs, and Regulator such as IFSCA, SEBI, and RBI. He has also assisted in audits of banks and stockbrokers. He had also solved an arbitration case in NSE and BSE. Further, he was a part of setting a new IIBX Exchange in GIFT City.

Mrs. Dipali Manish Shah - Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director

Mrs. Dipali Manish Shah, is Non-Executive, Non- Independent Director of the company. She is a Post Graduate in commerce and having a good exposure in the field of business.

Mr. Mahendra Shukla- Executive Director

Mr.Mahendra Shukla is having Master’s degree in Economics field. He is having experience of other industries and worked with other reputed organization.

Mr. Hemang Shah- Independent & Non Executive Director

Mr.Hemang Shah is 33 years old, Practicing Company Secretary, Registered valuer and Registered Trademark Agent by profession. His qualification also includes Certificate to become an Independent Director received from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) after qualifying assessment exam and degree of Bachelor of Business Administration.
